  Payment conditions: For participants who register before 30 September 2009 fees are payable within 30 days of invoicing. For participants who register after 30 September fees are payable upon reception of invoice.
  Cancellation of registration: In the case of cancellation before 30 September 2009, you will be reimbursed the total amount of your registration fee; from 30 September to 30 October, for 50% of that amount. Beyond that date, WAN will not issue a refund, except in case of illness and on production of a medical certificate and on receipt of a cancellation letter before the event.
