Special arrangements have been made with one of the leading car rental companies - Budget Car & Truck Rental for your arrival & departure transfers. Following are the preferred rates for airport pick-up or drop (one way) -

Terms & Conditions -

1. The above rates are valid only if booked and paid for in advance through the official Destination Management Company - ICE.

2. Rates are for car classes shown, makes & models are not guaranteed & subject to availability.

3. The rates include all taxes & parking charges.

4. Kindly report at special WAN Hospitality desk or the counter of Budget Car & Truck Rental at Hyderabad airport on arrival if you have booked you arrival transfer in advance through ICE.

Please note that you may also hire regular taxis from the airport on arrival.

Shuttle Services-

Coaches will be provided at fixed times to transfer delegates between the official hotels, the congress venue (HICC) and venues for social evenings.

Private Cars-

Special rates have been negotiated with Budget Car & Truck Rental for providing cars for private users. You may ask ICE for more details and book in advance. You may also book after your arrival at special counters at the venue and at various official hotels. In addition, you may also call regular radio taxis for point-to-point travel. Radio taxis can not be booked in advance.
