Once regarded as the center of Hyderabad, the magnificent Chowmahalla Palace was the seat of the Asaf Jahi dynasty where the Nizams entertained their official guests and royal visitors. Built over 200 years ago, Chowmahalla is renowned for its unique style and elegance. A synthesis of many architectural styles and influences, the Palace Complex has been meticulously restored. Bollywood Nite is a tribute to the evergreen nayikas (actresses) of Bollywood known for their legendary beauty, glamour, talent, histrionic skills and dancing prowess. While there have been several actresses in Bollywood cinema down the ages, the image of the perfect nayika is one who has the grace, the beauty and the skill to perform to music with a charm that is impeccable and poignant, the right balance of tradition and modernity, and the right mix of sensuality and innocence. Emulating the beauties of yester years and our modern day actresses  through renditions of their semiclassical and classical dancing avatars Popular songs from the repertoire of these actresses chosen and re -choreographed suiting the age and the melody with a set of talented dancers in a contemporary traditional vocabulary.
