The above rates include -
* Accommodation on per night basis
* Buffet Breakfast at the designated venue in the hotel.
* Applicable hotel taxes.
The above rates do not include -
* Airport Transfers; same can be provided at extra cost.
* Service tax as applicable (currently @ 3.09%).
* Anything not mentioned as `included´ above.
Terms & Conditions-
1. Above rates include currently applicable government taxes on hotel accommodation. However any change in taxes at the time of paying may affect the rates.
2. One night´s room rate plus applicable service taxes (currently @ 3.09%) + processing fee (2%) is to be paid in advance to book the accommodation. The balance must be paid in full at the hotel.
3. Please note that the government service tax & processing fee are applicable on the one night deposit only.
4. Above rates are subject to availability of rooms at the time of receiving the booking request. We are holding limited rooms in these hotels that shall be given on first-come-first-served basis.
5. The last date of receiving the bookings & advance deposits is 21st February 2009. After this date, the hotels may charge a different rate and may ask for different terms & conditions. All requests received after 21st February will be treated on a case-to-case basis. We will however request you to book your hotels in advance as Hyderabad is a busy business destination and rooms are mostly in short supply closer to the date of travel.
6. The cancellations if any must be informed to us & not to the hotel. For cancellations received till 21st February 2009, we will refund the one night´s advance deposit minus the bank transaction charges.
7. For cancellations received after 21st February 2009, one night´s advance deposit shall not be refunded.
8. The chosen hotel´s specific terms & conditions, if different from above will be intimated to you before you are asked to make any advance payment.
9. Please do not pay now. You will be requested to pay after we confirm the accommodation to you.
